How to Schedule:

Follow these steps to secure your spot and ensure a smooth processing experience:

Step 1: Pay Your Deposit

Click on the "Pay Deposit & Book Now" to pay the deposit for the number of cattle you plan to deliver. Be sure to review this page to understand our pricing and how the process works.

Step 2: Fill Out the Custom Processing Form

After paying the deposit, click the "Fill Out Custom Processing Form" button below on the main processing page. --> Processing Page. This form will collect all the necessary details, including:

• Your preferred Tuesday for dropping off cattle.
• The number of cattle you plan to deliver.
• Your specific processing preferences.

Step 3: Receive Your Confirmations

Once completed, you’ll receive two email confirmations:

• Deposit Confirmation: A receipt for your deposit, which will be applied to your final bill.
• Processing Form Confirmation: A copy of the form you submitted. Review this to ensure all instructions are accurate.

Important Details:

• Delivery Schedule: We take delivery of cattle on Tuesdays only.
• Final Invoice & Pickup: After processing, you’ll receive a final invoice and schedule a pickup time for your finished products.

Pricing and Fees:

Our pricing is straightforward and designed to offer you the best value:

• Deposit: $200 (non-refundable, secures your processing schedule, goes toward your final bill).
• Box Fee: $3/box.
• Disposal Fee: $60/beef.
• Fabrication Fee: $1.05/lb. of hanging weight.
• Kill Fee: $125/beef.

Example Pricing:

For three animals with an average hanging weight of 600 lbs each:

• Fabrication Fee: $1,890 (1,800 lbs x $1.05/lb).
• Kill Fee: $375 (3 x $125).
• Disposal Fee: $180 (3 x $60).
• Box Fee: $3/box (varies by quantity).
